Store to Door is an in-store service we offer our VIP customers. If you love a garment but need it in a different size or colour that we currently don't have in store, we can help you place your order in-store. Our team will then source and deliver the garment to your home.
How does it work
When shopping in-store, simply let our team know about your stock request and they will confirm the availability of the garment. Then, you can order and pay for it today. There is a $10 shipping fee for orders under $99; for all orders over $100 free shipping applies.
You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order is placed and dispatched.
How to return
You are welcome to return any unsuitable garments within 21 days of receiving your order. As the garment was purchased in-store, our in-store returns policy applies, which means the garment cannot be posted back to us for a refund. All returns must be processed in-store.
