Once you receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched, you can redirect your parcel through MyPost. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Care team to contact the courier on your behalf.
Please note our courier partners will make every effort to redirect your parcel, but it is not guaranteed.
Amend size, colour, or quantity
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to the size, colour, or quantity of your order. Please refer to our Refund policy for assistance with correcting your order, once it arrives.
