The returns portal is not accepting my order
Please enter your order number exactly as it appears on your order confirmation, including the letters and dash prior to the numbers. For your Sportscraft order this will be SBAU-
If you have entered your order number correctly, please check the email address. You must enter the same email address you used to place your order.
Please note, you will not be able to lodge your return if your order is outside our returns period.
How do I return something that was sent to me in error?
In the unlikely even you receive something you didn’t order, please contact our Customer Care team so we can rectify the error as smoothly as possible.
How do I return a faulty garment?
We take out quality control very seriously. If you believe you have received a garment that is not to the expected SABA quality, please reach out to our Customer Care team.
