Click & Collect allows you to buy online to collect in store.
This option is available in all stores where the stock is currently available. This is a free service and there are no delivery charges.
Please note Collect in Store is only available on Australian orders.
How to Click & Collect
Add to bag using the Collect in Store button on the product page.
From the pop-up list, select your preferred store, click on ‘Continue’, and add the item to your bag.
View ‘Your Shopping Bag’ and ensure ‘Collect in Store’ is selected as the ‘Delivery Option’ before proceeding to checkout.
When can I collect my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email once the order has been placed. Orders confirmed before 2:00 pm on a business day will be available for same-day pickup.
You will receive a ‘Ready for Collection’ email when your order is ready to collect.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
Visit your selected store with your ‘Ready for Collection’ email and photo ID.
Once the team member has verified your transaction, you will receive your order with a store receipt.
How long do I have to collect my order?
We are happy to hold your Click & Collect order for up to 7 days from the date you receive your ‘Ready for Collection’ email.
Kindly note that uncollected orders will be cancelled and refunded after 7 days.
Can I change my click and collect order?
Sorry, no changes can be made once your order has been processed online.
However, you are welcome to exchange or refund your order in-store, upon collection.
Can I try on my order upon collection?
We welcome you to try your purchase on upon collection.
