Where to look for your voucher
Check the email account linked to your SABA customer details, then review your junk, spam, and promotions folders. Birthday vouchers are sent by email, so they may be filtered away from your inbox. This usually gets sent automatically directly to you within a week prior to your birthday registered on your account.

How to use your voucher
- Add eligible items to your cart.
- Go to checkout on the official SABA website or in a SABA freestanding store.
- In the Gift Card section at checkout, enter your voucher number and PIN.
- Make sure your order meets the minimum full price spend of $30, excluding shipping.
- Complete your purchase before the voucher expires.
