Refund processing time
Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days from the date your return parcel is received by our warehouse. However, during the higher volume sale period- you may experience a higher processing time.
What happens next:
Your return arrives at our warehouse. Our team conducts necessary assessment to confirm if the item(s) is/are in saleable condition and processes the return. Your refund is issued to your original payment method.
If your refund has not arrived:
If you do not receive your refund by the expected date, please contact us for further assistance. We’ll be happy to check the status of your return and refund for you.
