Split delivery
In order to fulfil your order we may source your order from multiple locations. We will advise you of this in your dispatch email.
You will receive a separate email for each parcel to be delivered. It will provide you with the tracking number for the parcel and outline what you will be receiving in that parcel.
Missing parcels or items
If you have received all the parcels you are expecting and something is missing, or you are still waiting on a parcel well past the expected delivery time, please contact our Customer Care team.
